2007 08 25 - HexRain

HexRain is a Java applet/application that I wrote for shits and giggles. The idea was to make something that resembled the Digital Rain effect from the Matrix movies, and possibly investigate whether this effect could be used to actually present information. I lost interest before getting to the second part, but at some point I might try and make an RSS reader based on this. Then again, I might not. :-P

Insert standard disclaimer about me not being affiliated with the makers or owners of the Matrix. Besides, Digital Rain uses Roman and Katakana (I think) characters, whereas the basic unit of HexRain is a pair of hexadecimal digits.

I'll make the source code available when I get around to it, or if anybody asks for it.
